A Look to the Heavens

A Look to the Heavens

At MadaTech's new Astronomy exhibition visitors can reveal the mysterious wanderers of our solar system, its planets and moons.

Take an interactive journey through the solar system, and get a closer look at distant planets; Telescopes reveal that about half the stars we see are not merely just specks of light but actually groups of stars, held together by gravity. Operate a telescope, experiment with lenses to understand how telescopes create images of distant objects.

Add another dimension to exploring the solar system; the hands on collection of celestial and terrestrial globes offers Interactive visualizations on various sizes of physical sphere of earth and other planets that can be turned and viewed from all angles.

Hop on unique floor scales at various locations that display your weight on Mars, Venus, and the moon.

Find out why the moon always shows us the same face. Which planet has a longer day than its year? Why does Earth have seasons?

An intuitive touch screen allows you to conduct detailed searches and obtain information about the exact day you were born on. Flip over to the interactive celestial calendar, enter your birthdate and find out what date it was on Hebrew, Gregorian or Islamic calendar.

Are you ready for your spin through the solar system?
