A New Director to Madatech

1.5.2008: A New Director to Madatech – Dr. Ronen Mir Dr. Mir (50), formerly acting as Madatech's deputy director, has assumed the position of Madatech's director, replacing its former director, Prof. Yoram Zvirin, who continues his work as a staff member at the Technion. Dr. Mir has studied particle physics at the Weizmann institute and museology at Tel Aviv University. He was previously the director of the Sci-Tech Museum in Illinois, which he was instrumental in developing over eight years. He also worked as consultant and founder of other science and technology museums in the US, Brazil, Argentina and Israel..
