The exhibition displays how basic knowledge of mechanics, chemistry, optics, math, magnetism and the art of performance come together in creating a successful illusion. A magic touch When science and magic meet, there is always room for mystery. Scientific principles underlie in many classical magic tricks. The exhibition communicates something of the science behind magic and the magical side of science. Take a walk on the dark side Create an impression. Rely on evidence Form stunning effects. Present scientific concepts. Say the magic word. See the magic work. Enter the amazing world of man made illusions. Hover above ground, watch your head placed on a tray, learn to perform simple magic tricks that will amaze your spectators. A magic circle The exhibition is designed to capture visitor's imagination: See how science can make it safe to lie down on a real bed of nails. Learn to snatch a tablecloth without disturbing the items on top. Watch how airflow can make a ball hover. Try not to lose your head in a mirror trick Disappear inside a magic box and reappear as light hits you. Indeed, it makes you wonder… The exhibition is accompanied by the 3D Cinematrix film Hocus Science Focus. The film was produced by Orpan company in association with Madatech.
