The museum is closed On: Jewish New Year's Eve Yom Kippur Eve and day on the National soldier's Memorial Day.

Madatech, The Israel National Museum of Science, Technology and Space, Daniel and Matilde Recanati Center, is located in Haifa, is in the Historic Technion Building on Shmariyahu Levine St., in mid town Haifa.

Getting Here
By Bus For those traveling by public transportation: From Hof Hacarmel or Lev Hamifratz Central Bus Station #113,#114,#115 runs through the area regularly check their timetables for routes and schedules to Beit Hakranot stop.
By Underground (Carmelit) For those traveling by Haifa's underground train, your nearest stop is Haneviim stop.
Parking spaces are limited. We recommend you to park in the nearby car park of "Hamashbir" Department Store.

Disabled Facilities and Access
The Museum is committed to ensuring that people with disabilities, their families and care givers have the same opportunities to access the range of facilities and attractions provided. Enter from the museum's yard, into the ground floor and by using the service elevator, tour all of the museum's floors. Disabled restrooms are located on the ground floor. We recommend calling us prior to your visit, in order to alleviate your visit on 04-8614444 ext. 435,485. Many of the exhibits are touchable and are accompanied by signposting' braille written instructions and background materials on the museum. We offer other accessories for use, such as binoculars, magnifying glass, and contoured maps of the museum.
